**FOR SALE** 100% fully operational grain to glass brew system ready to sell. This is a skid mounted system with everything you need to brew, ferment, carbonate, etc. On the skid there is an electric boil kettle with new 220v heating element, hot liquor tank and mash tun combo, conical fermenter, heat exchanger, temp controllers, pump and control panel and brite tank. All hard plumbed with new pump seal kit and all new wiring. We have recently expanded and do not have a need for her any longer. This system has built our brewery over time and is ready for a new home to continue it's legacy. This is a 1BBL brewhouse installed at a commercial brewery in 2022. It has had 5 brews. It is being sold with 2 x 2BBL glycol jacketed fermenters. It was ordered new directly from SS Brewtech and wired to single phase. It will require a 60 amp circuit. This is an incredible deal for a highly specialized brewing solution. Our volume is too large to justify its use. Upgrading to a larger brewing system so selling our 2 bbl brewing system that includes a double walled direct fire propane brew kettle and mash tun/combi tank. Also included is a heat exchanger and 2, 2bbl and 1, 1.5 bbl fermenters. We have used this system for 4 and a half years and it makes great beer. Can be split up for sale. https://www.blichmannengineering.com/1-bbl-electric-herms-pilot-system.html This but with different controllers than what is pictured here and kettle extensions in order to make it a 2 bbl system. It is also oriented the reverse from what is pictured so the workflow is from right to left, HLT-->Mash Tun-->Boil Kettle. See attached photos. Note that this isn't the model with a mash tun manway. This system was our only brewhouse for 4 years. It worked great for brewing in a space with an extremely small footprint. We have used it for that many years which means some of the components have been broken or worn out and replaced with Blichmann products, other aspects have been slightly altered to work with our brewing methods. The main difference is that the main pump is now Chugger brand, the plastic grips on the handles have all broken off, and the mechanism for separating the bottom kettles from the extensions...
