Brand new Comac K2 keg washer/cleaner, with throughput of 32 half bbl kegs per hour and 36 sixtels per hour. We purchased this capable unit expecting to install it, however our plans have changed. Looking to sell for what we paid for it. Still on original ship pallet with all original documentation.

I've bought equipment before from Shandong Yuesheng Beer Equipment before, my brew house, fermenters, brite tanks, Mill and CIP. Ordered more fermenters and a keg cleaner, then covid hit, budget was stretched, ended up closing. We have chosen NOT to reopen. Unit has never been used, Siemens touch screen display and siemens PLC, fully programmable. Unit uses electric heat for both its reservoirs. 208 volt 3 phase 15kw requires 50 amp service. Requires compressed air for operation to include water hookup and CO2. Full SS construction. Its a solid machine, was meant to save money in the long run vs paying for kegs to be cleaned of site. Premier stainless 2 head semi auto keg washer. Runs like a top. We found a good deal on a 3 head so we’re moving this along. Heater works, peristolic pump works, main pump works. We have been using this unit for about 2 years and it’s been great. Does about 24 kegs/hour. Premier stainless support is great (parts, advise, etc). We ran this with hot liquor so the hoses are rated to 185f. You can run with cold water from a hose. Pic posted, can send a video of it running as well.

DME Serial: B3403-KW Currently not operational - this keg washer has a working pump but requires a new/repaired heating element. 4 head manual keg washer built by Practical Fusion. $3000 (does not include shipping). We had the manifold modified from the original design to add seperate pumps for each chemical reservoir. The pump for the sanitizer reservoir was not working when the keg washer was taken out of service. The heating element for the caustic reservoir worked when taken out of service, but had been taking longer than usual to reach temp. It would probably need replacement eventually. Pumps are 110v and heating element is 220v. Dimensions are approximately 80"x38"x44"(LxWxH).
