Update: This unit has been moved to the manufacturer's lot who is giving it a once over.  They can pressure test and verify that it's operational.  It will ship from their location in North Carolina. It has two 20 hp loops with 2 fans each, recirculation pumps, process pump, 1,000 gallon reservoir with expansion ports so a 3rd loop could be added.  Cooling capacity is 250,000 BTU/hour. Everything runs and has been well maintained, it's just too small for us now so we replaced it with a larger unit.  Prochiller says the same buildout new runs over $78,000.  Price reduced to 35,000 obo on this unit.  Unit is 91" wide, 214" long and 88" high. Available for sale is a 20 ton Glycol chiller. This has been in service for 5 years cooling our 10-tank system through summer and winter, rain sleet and snow. System is in good working order and has been kept appropriately serviced. Most recently the circulation pump was upgraded to improve performance after a power surge damaged the original pump. Physical footprint: 52" wide by 128" long (10.5 feet) by 76" high. 3' clearance on all sides is required for proper ventilation, 6' is recommended. Two twin fan heat exchangers, each powered by a 12hp compressor chill the glycol. System adapts and runs one compressor first, then engages second for additional cooling. A switch on the control panel designates which compressor circuit engages first. chills to 28 degrees. 200 gallon glycol reservoir. 2hp aftermarket Baldor circulation pump upgrade.
