Available for sale is a 20 ton Glycol chiller. This has been in service for 5 years cooling our 10-tank system through summer and winter, rain sleet and snow. System is in good working order and has been kept appropriately serviced. Most recently the circulation pump was upgraded to improve performance after a power surge damaged the original pump. Physical footprint: 52" wide by 128" long (10.5 feet) by 76" high. 3' clearance on all sides is required for proper ventilation, 6' is recommended. Two twin fan heat exchangers, each powered by a 12hp compressor chill the glycol. System adapts and runs one compressor first, then engages second for additional cooling. A switch on the control panel designates which compressor circuit engages first. chills to 28 degrees. 200 gallon glycol reservoir. 2hp aftermarket Baldor circulation pump upgrade.

Huge 600 Gallon Chiller Tank 600 Gallon tank with a chiller included. The chiller will have to be hooked up. Purchased this but never ended up using it for the intended purpose so it is just taking up space. Looking to move it quick. Previous owners filled it and used as a glycol cooling system. Pickup from the brewery or customer must arrange shipment.

Lightly used chiller. IT was used in a cidery for about a year. We bought it, but our plans have changed and no longer need a unit this size. This is an awesome chiller in great condition at a great price. New ones go for over $100K, and this is basically new. For sale is a 1995 40 Hp Pro Refrigeration Glycol Chiller. Pulled out of service fully functional August 2023 to upgrade to a larger one. -230 volt 3 phase -Has 2-20hp compressors with separate circuits. -One 2 Hp circulation pump and one 7.5 Hp process pump. -Built in glycol tank -Upon pulling out, it was carefully removed to be easy to reinstall. All wiring labeled as well as refrigeration lines to condenser. -Both compressors replaced with rebuilt ones approx 5 years ago. -System has been converted to MO-99(R-438 A)refrigerant and is charged. May need a small amount to makeup for what was lost during removal that would have been in condenser. For the rest, no need to spend thousands to charge again. -Determined at removal that one oil pressure sensor was leaking so it was pinched off to keep from loosing the Freon and will need to be replaced. -Spare...

In great shape used for 3 years to chill a 7BBL fermenter and last summer we added 2x 15bbl brites. Used once or twice a week. Changed glycol once a year. I've had zero issues with it. Also have a 7bbl unitank and batch tunnel pasteurizer.

Both chillers were in use for our 2 bbl brew house but we've expanded so we no longer need these. The smaller one was used as a prechiller and the larger had hot wort flowing through it. The larger is fitted with stepped-down barbs to accommodate the 1/2" silicone tubing we were using on the brew house and the smaller chiller is fitted with a garden hose adapter for input chilling water.
