2 head bottling machine perfect for a smaller operation looking to improve fill speed and quality. Configured to fill Berlin Packaging BN050 500ml bottles with 26mm crown caps but can be configured for other sizes. Fill speeds of 8-10 bpm depending on product This machine was used twice during the training runs with the Meheen technicians and once during production. The brewery had to go in a different direction and it's been in storage ever since.

PRICE REDUCED This full bottling line has served us well for 7 years but we are moving to cans and it needs a new home. The star of this show is the GAI MLE 661 filler, a monobloc 6 head linear counterpressure filler that does double pre-evacuation for ultra low DO values. It features an inverting rinser, 6 head electropneumatic valve filler, fobber, and a rotating turret crowner. It is a very flexible filler with changeout parts for 330 ml, 12 oz longneck, and 750 ml bottles, with crowning heads for 26 mm and 29 mm crowns. We use all 3 sizes regularly and it works well for all. This machine just had a full maintenance service including regasketing by Prospero, the dealer. It has been well-maintained. Sweet set up filler and labeler. Bottle feeds directly from the fill to the labels, manual off load from there. New in 2016, been running approx. 30/bpm Heritage Bottles.  Could be converted to Long Necks - working on a simple solution for this.  We just don't use it enough anymore to keep it around. We bought this item new with the upgraded temperature and pressure sensors (model X6) for a little more than $10K with shipping.  I also worked with an engineering firm to design and upgrade the capper heads with better pneumatic cylinders for $2K so we could easily cap our bottles with twist-off caps.
