We're selling our wonderful Barison still. It's 1000L, 10 bubble plates used mostly for eau-de-vie (grape & plum) and for whiskey on a few occasions. Never used for flavoured spirits like gin or others. Equipped with CIP. This still runs like a charm. We're very sad to see it go but unfortunately our distillery is taking a new direction. We no longer need it. The still is setup in St-Hyacinthe. Ideally, the buyer would send someone to work with our team to tear it down. We are upgrading our equipment to a bigger set up, and we are selling our 12” continuous column still (manufactured by StillDragon), 5000 gallon mash tun set up with tube in tube heat exchanger, and Centrifugal Sifter for spent grain. The still comes with a 5200 gallon single wall feed tank, fip pump, 300 gallon hearts collection tank and still controller. This still will pump out 4-6 53 gallon barrels of whiskey in 8-10 hour shifts. If you are looking to scale up your distillery without no lead time this is a great opportunity.
