Sweet set up filler and labeler. Bottle feeds directly from the fill to the labels, manual off load from there. New in 2016, been running approx. 30/bpm Heritage Bottles. Could be converted to Long Necks - working on a simple solution for this. We just don't use it enough anymore to keep it around. Fillmore X6 bottle filler is simple and easy to use! We bought this item new with the upgraded temperature and pressure sensors (model X6) for a little more than $10K with shipping. I also worked with an engineering firm to design and upgrade the capper heads with better pneumatic cylinders for $2K so we could easily cap our bottles with twist-off caps. Fully adjustable to accommodate all bottle sizes from 8oz to 64oz growlers. Can easily add CO2 bottle purge if desired. Currently getting about 12 bottles per minute and set up with 4 heads but can add more if desired. Setup on full length drip tray so that bottles easily slide from station to station and don’t need to be loaded into carriers or handled. Simple slide from left to right! Late 90's 4 head 12oz longneck bottle filler. We have had this machine since 2011. It was serviced by Meheen in 2012. This machine does a great job. Can do up to 1 case per minute. Great for a small brewery running limited quantities. $6900. OBO
