This came from a local laundry service. I had intention of using it when we got it a few years ago. Now it's taking space and needs to go. The tank for it was cracked and ended up getting recycled, so just the boiler unit is for sale. As far as I know it works and was in use when I got it. Asking 750.00 plus freight. Or best offer! 300 gallon boil kettle for sale. Good shape, I have been using it as a HLT since getting larger boil kettle. It had to be repaired due to burner running without product in it. Has been repaired with sanitary welds and have been using since. Midco EC300 natural gas burner comes with it along with some steam and gas vent piping. We are moving brewery and no longer need at new facility. Buyer responsible for packing and shipping. Local Colorado pick up will work best. Can send additional photos upon request. $1500

80 bbl HLT – has steam calandria, might be closer to 3000 gallons. Rough dimensions 13 ft tall, 8 ft wide. Needs a new custom door gasket fabricated. Has some scaling, we want it gone asap. $1000 obo OR asking that your rigger move one tank for us from Milwaukie to SE Portland before collecting this tank. You must provide: 1. ALL of the equipment to move this tank without damaging the floor of a warehouse, lift onto a trailer, and haul the tank. 2. Experience in rigging. 3. Proof of business’s liability insurance. you must remove from the warehouse and load it yourself with your own equipment.

Fully adjustable to accommodate all bottle sizes from 8oz to 64oz growlers. Can easily add CO2 bottle purge if desired. Currently getting about 12 bottles per minute and set up with 4 heads but can add more if desired. Setup on full length drip tray so that bottles easily slide from station to station and don’t need to be loaded into carriers or handled. Simple slide from left to right! Semi-automatic tunnel pasteurizer. Holds 3 standard trays per cycle. Ergonomic and very efficient design. Side door for easy clean out. Currently set up for single phase supply, but can easily be swapped over to 3-phase. Has 4x 30amp immersion heaters. Takes about 9 minutes to heat the bath from 60F to 165F. Can also be adapted to heat with hot water from plant source or wall hung on demand unit. Set the time/temp and come back 25 minutes later to slide another 3 trays through. Output onto a roller conveyor for minimal labor. Message and I will email videos. Don't have a youtube account right now... All parts from Automation Direct or McMaster so nothing is proprietary or hard to get. You won’t be disappointed!

Process fours trays at once. Time and Temp setup. Water bath is temp controlled and timer pauses until bath is at temp to ensure complete pasteurization cycle. Units can be altered to accommodate any power source or separate heat source. Can be customized to increase batch size as well.

Has a broken adjustment screw on product carriage, will not affect labeling for cans, may affect other larger items , see picture.
