Let’s face it, our customers want to know more. With a maturing market there is increased demand for quality, value-driven tasting room and brewery events. Progressing from traditional keep the pint nights and uninspired beer dinners, successful events now focus on creating personal experiences giving customers insight into your brand.

We’ll take a look at the best ways to incorporate an educational element into all aspects of guest experiences ranging from first tasting room visits to private pairing and tasting classes or beer geek brewery tours.

We’ll discuss:
How quality events brings quality customers
Turning customers into brand evangelists through tasting room events and experiences
High quality events warrant higher price points, increasing revenue
Increased employee satisfaction from contributing in new unique ways
