This is a nice 3 ton, outdoor rated air cooled Koolant Koolers / Dimplex Thermal Process Chiller from Keith Industrial Group (KIG, Inc.). Unit is rated for outdoor use with low and high ambient option, weatherproof galvanized construction, and controller on a remote cable. Unit can also be operated indoors. It’s ideal fluid temp range is in the 50F to 70F set-point area. 460 volt 3 phase power. Has upgraded 2 hp process pump.
