We have closed our Bel Air location and plan on moving/storing this unit at Railroad PA (our new location) by 3/9/24 until sold. Can be picked up in Bel Air prior to 3/9/24 or from Railroad PA after 3/9/24. New pump in 2018, New condenser in 2021. Runs like a champ. The evaporator coils were moved to the top of the unit in 2018 when installed as there was not enough room between the building and the property line to allow enough airflow.
