3.5- 4 bbl / 190 Gal. Insulated Dome Top Brew Kettle.
Includes Conical bottom, thermowell, tangential inlet, sight glass, (5) ports for electric
elements/level sensor, (3) 1.5in. Butterfly valves, clamps/gaskets. Dome top includes
O350 manway. 37.5-in. diameter x 77-in.H. With Condensate Stack, Adds 18-in. to
kettle height.
3.5 – 4 BBL / 170 Gal. Insulated Mash Tun. Open
top design with lid. Includes machined wedge wire false bottom, rectangular side
manway, side insulation, butterfly valve, thermowell, 3 upper recirculation fittings.
41.5-in D x 59-in. H plus the height of the lid (_4”).
5 BBL/200 gal. Insulated Hot Liquor Tank
with thermowell, tangential inlet, sight glass, (4) port and adapters for electric elements
(1.5-in. TC x 1-in. NPS) and (1) port/adapter for level sensor. Includes Raised HERMS
Coil (Stainless Steel). For 30/24kw Systems (4x6kw elements). 41.5-in. diameter x

Heating System:
The heating system for the HLT and Kettle utilizes immersion electric elements. (4)
6,000-watt elements (24,000 watts ) will be used in the Brew Kettle and (4) 6,000 watt
elements (24,000 watts) in the HLT. A stainless safety float switch in each tank protects
the heaters, to prevent them from running dry. The elements in the kettle have a
variable power level via the potentiometer on the control panel to prevent “boil-overs”
and to adjust the boil intensity.
Pump Rack
Wort Pump (Ampco 3/4HP VSD)
One high temperature wort pump for mash re-circulation, wort transfer to the brew
kettle, whirlpool and knockout to fermenter
Water Pump (C-100 1/2 HP VSD)
One high temperature pump for circulating the HLT to prevent temperature gradients.
This pump is also used for transferring water (liquor) to the mash tun for dough-in
phase and sparge

3.5 Bbl Jacketed Brite Beer Tank. Side Manway. Rated to 2BAR
(29 psi). Includes CIP arm and spray ball, sample valve, 2 butterfly valves, fittings for
sight glass tubing (connects to CIP arm and bottom outlet for ease of cleaning – use
clear draft beer line, not included), includes adjustable feet. Constructed of 304
stainless steel, tank material thickness is 3mm, jacket and outer shell thickness is 2mm.
Wort chiller (HX): Cold water inlet temperature = 70 F max.; Wort output = 68 F min. Cast
out 4 bbls in 45 minutes. 2 Stage Thermaline Wort Chiller T4-66 with powder coated
steel frame, TAB FEET and 316SS chilling plates, TC fittings.
3 HP Chill Star Glycol Chiller. To support the above 2 stage wort chiller/heat exchanger
(if applicable) plus up to (7) 3-7 bbl jacketed fermenters and/or brites.
Basic Fermenter Control Panel – 6 point
Control Panel:
UL and cUL Listed, With Six LOVE temperature controllers will be mounted on the panel along with six twist lock
connections for the glycol solenoid cords and temperature probes. A power supply is
included in the panel so the wiring will be low voltage to the valves. With valves and probes for each tank
