3 BBL Brewhouse for sale, 145gal Kettle and 120gal Mashtun purchased used (no HLT). Kettle has sloped bottom to dump with graduated sight glass, whirlpool arm, adjustable racking arm, thermometer, and dump arm and extra ports. Removable lid, with stationary CIP spray ball, and condensation stack (see pics), stainless steel, single wall non- insulated construction. It was converted from gas burner to (3) electric elements, 240v single or 3 phase (1) 20kw (2) 6kw. Multiple working and backup elements included. No controller, only used on/off scaling of heaters with breakers. Mash tun comes with one piece removable false bottom and manway to extract spent grist. Stainless steel, single wall, insulated with 1″ armaflex wrap insulation. Removable lid with top port and CIP spin ball. Works great!! Started our brewery with this system in 2020 and have made 300+ succesful batches of beer for our 350bbl / yr brewery. (currently in storage, more pictures on request)
