The Cicerone Certification Program is offering a new online course designed specifically for brewery and wholesaler sales teams and will emphasize how to become a trusted advisor to retailers by promoting the beer category and improve profitability.

Our on-campus classes include a mix of participants from breweries of all sizes who hail from locations all over the world, enhancing our student’s learning experience by exposing them to differences in culture, equipment, methods and beer styles.
Students will learn how to apply their enhanced beer knowledge to increase sales, reduce costs, and maximize draft beer profitability. It will also stress using knowledge of beer flavors to identify more opportunities to sell beer with food and use techniques to empower on-premise staff with effective suggestive sales advice.
The course is a mobile-friendly, self-paced online course and is a companion to the Certified Beer Server credential.
