The Brewers Association reported operational net income of $190,028 for full-year 2023 comparted to $840,532 for 2022. Revenue of $22,914,025 for full-year 2023 was down slightly versus $23,395,125 for 2022.
The association’s Annual Report provides an overview of resources, programs, finances, and accomplishments.
“2023 was a tough year for an industry facing slower growth and heightened competition. The Brewers Association doubled down on our resources and our advocacy to help brewers run smarter, more efficient, and more profitable businesses,” said Bob Pease, BA president and CEO.
Revenue was down in all of the five main categories in the report including membership dues which was $4,268,747, down from $4,354,518 in 2022.
Total expenses in 2023 were close to the previous with $22,723,997 in expenses last year compared to $22,554,593 in 2022.
