Hope that DME May Rise Again

Production» Brewery Equipmentposted Jan 26th, 2019 04:23:16PM by Tom McCormick

According to the Canadian news outlet CBC, Diversified Metal Engineering (DME) is negotiating with a potential buyer. Canadian-based DME, which manufacturers brewing equipment, left many breweries stranded after paying deposits on DME equipment yet to be delivered. Details of the negotiations were not released, but left hope that DME may resurface.

Unfortunately we are one of the Companies who were stung by the bankruptscy as we provided control system support to both DME and a number of their clients over the last number of years. What we have subsequently done is hire their former technical lead so that we may offer customers affected by the closure control system support. We have an office in Airdrie, Alberta, Canada as well as operating out of PEI, Canada.
