Join us on December 10th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm EST to gain a better understanding of how your beer can become infected by the top two beer spoilers, Lactobacillus and Pediococcus. You’ll learn all about these two types of microbes and different ways to test for infection. Matt Nelson, the Quality Manager at Bissell Brothers Brewing Company in Portland, Maine, will join us for this webinar to give us a brewer’s perspective on how to prevent and monitor these microbes.

This webinar is useful to both commercial and home brewers! You will leave this workshop with the skills and methods to test for these top beer spoilers in your brewery using HLP (Hsu’s Lactobacillus-Pediococcus Medium) media!
