In this session, we will cover how to assess your cash flows, identify what your cash flow burn rate is, create a cash flow forecast to assess any cash flow shortages and plan out your cash flow needs for the next few months and identify solutions to help your cash flow needs. We will also provide a cash flow forecast template spreadsheet to viewers so they can use to create their cash flow forecast.

Speaker: Josh Lance, Lance CPA Group
Bio: Joshua Lance is the founder and Managing Director of Lance CPA Group, a virtual CPA firm that focuses on providing accounting and consulting services to craft breweries. Josh is also an adjunct professor at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL teaching accounting in the Farley Center for Entrepreneurship and McCormick School of Engineering. He enjoys making wine and beer at home, cooking, traveling, and cheering on his favorite football and soccer teams. Josh was honored by being named as one of the 40 under 40 CPAs in the country in 2017, 2018, and 2019 by CPA Practice Advisor.
