Join the team at our Tasting Room, The Collaboratory on Springdale!

We are looking for part-time associates for our Tasting Room. This is an hourly paid position with tips.

$10.00 to $12.00 hour depending on experience with tips.

Summary: The Collaboratory Associates are the ambassador for the business. Striving to create a meaningful guest experience, making our guests feel welcome and at home. Collaboratory Associates are experts on all things Cider.

  • Welcome and greet guests. Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to personally take care of them.
  • Prepare and serve all Cider and drinks.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.
  • Assist the restocking and replenishment of inventory and supplies.
  • Answer questions about cider, beverages and other Collaboratory functions and services.
  • Take all orders from guests, enter orders in our point-of-sale system.
  • Monitor and observe the guest experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the drinks and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
  • Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges, etc..
  • Be ready and willing to assist fellow associates as situations arise.

Qualifications:

Positive Attitude

TABC Certified

Ability to work on your feet for 8hrs

Work in Indoor/Outdoor environment

and interest in all things CIDER!
