We are selling our NE New Mexico brewery within 60 miles of two major ski areas (Red River & Angel Fire) and only 80 miles from Taos.  All markets where we have been expanding our product reach.  In addition to tap room sales at two locations, there are a number of festivals, remote theater events, and outdoor events throughout the year for retail sales.

Located on 6.5 acres in a 15,000 square foot facility on a favorable lease with production, tap room, event space, storage, and office space.  1.5 acres is fenced in and licensed as a beer garden.  Facility is ideal as an event center for indoor and outdoor events.  NE New Mexico is an area very receptive to craft beer and there’s limited local competition.

Remote tap room and kitchen in a nearby village is also available to buyer.  That location grosses around $200K per year.

In addition, we also have distilling equipment available, if interested, but not included in price.

Production area boasts 3bbl & 7bbl brewhouses with a total of 99 barrels of cellar tankage including two 15BBL Uni’s, two 7BBL Uni’s, three 7BBL FV’s, 7BBL Brite, 10BBL Brite, three 3BBL Uni’s, 4BBL FV, 4BBL Brite.  Twin Monkeys Animas 35CPM five head canning line with de-pal, in-line labeler & pack off table.  Two walk-in coolers, bar in brewing room, keg fleet with 1/2BBL & 1/6 BBL, more ½’s & ¼’s may be made available.  6’ x 14’ Mobile event trailer with six taps & refrigeration.  Multiple kegerators for tap rooms or remote events.  Lab equipment. GMC ½ ton delivery truck in excellent condition, shuttle bus for remote events or park and ride from nearby town, semi-auto two head keg washer.

Owner carry is a possibility for the right situation with sufficient down payment.

Owner needs to retire or at least step back to give more focus to other personal and business interests.  Willing to stay on as a part time brewer or for outside marketing.
