20BBL Specific Mechanical pub-style decoction steam brewhouse ( $60,000 )

We have a brewhouse for sale that has never been brewed on! That being said, it has been in various forms of storage for a while, and it shows some related signs of wear. But the overall shape is great and the interior stainless looks perfect. It is set up to do decoction mashing (mash into the BK and transfer to LT) but you could easily modify it to act as a typical pub-style brewhouse with the stacked MT/LT and HLT.
Features:
- Rakes and plow in the later tun
- Mash mixer in the mash tun/kettle
- 2″ TC ports on one pump to handle mash transfers
- Dual stage AGC heat exchanger and pre-filter
- Overall footprint is approximately: 14.5ft x 9ft
- Brew deck is 6’ from the floor and the height to the top of the rake motor is ~12ft
- Comes with vent stack including vent fan
We tested the steam jackets according to the manufacturer and they are good. The motors have been covered during storage, but we are unable to test them on site as we do not have 3-phase power. All the electronics have been in dry storage and are intact, but some of the individual components (i.e. switches) could use a refresh/replace.
I really hate to get rid of this system, but it is much too large of an upgrade for us from our current 7BBL system.
