New Glarus Brewing Co. co-founder Deb Carey has been selected to sit with first lady Michelle Obama during the State of the Union tonight.
It’s not a random selection; Carey was first runner-up for the 2011 National Small Business Person of the Year and met with the president at the White House last year on small-business issues.
