Rahr Corporation announced that it plans to merge two of its operating units, Rahr Malting Co. and BSG into one unit. The new entity will be called RahrBSG.
Rahr Malting Co. is a world-wide malt company which has been in business for 177 years. BSG is responsible for selling ingredients and equipment to the beer, wine, distilling, and homebrewing markets.
All products currently sold by BSG, including Rahr Malting Co. and Gambrinus Malting Corporation products, as well as its portfolio of imported products, will be available and distributed by RahrBSG.
