For sale is a used American Beverage Equipment LinCan 65 and Yellow Jacket Depalletizer.
The canning line and depalletizer are currently calibrated for 16oz cans and comes with a 16oz twist rinse. Both the depalletizer and canning line can be calibrated for 12oz cans. The canning line can also be calibrated to accept 19.2oz cans, but we are unsure if the depalletizer can be.
The LinCan 65 utilizes a single stage purge and fill setup, so the cans do not physically move through multiple stages. The can line has 11 fill heads and two seamers. The fill heads are currently programmed to utilize a liquid sensor with a timing offset, but can be programmed to run solely based on fill times. The seamers are calibrated for Ball 202 lids. One seamer has a defective compressed air seal that will need to be replaced to utilize the can lift. With two seamers, the LinCan 65 is capable of packaging up to 65 cans per minute. We did not have a packout table, so we ran slower than our max speed to make sure the team didn’t get overdone at the end. Even so, we were able to consistently run 22-28 cans per minute.
We are trying to move both the canning line and depalletizer together, but are open to splitting them. Buyer is responsible for any and all associated packing/shipping/rigging/moving logistics and costs. We are happy to provide references for local services, if needed.
The canning line and depalletizer have been moved from their original location to a storage facility, and were in use at the time of decommission in 2023.
