We are looking to lease our 12,000 sqft production facility that was built to be able to produce up to 15,000bbls annually. The primary brewhouse is a 30bbl Premier 3 vessel with 90bbl HLT/CLT and powered by an 80hp Scotch marine boiler. In the primary cellar there are ten 30bbl fermenters, eight 60bbl fermenters, two 30bbl brites, and two 60bbl brites. There is also a 5bbl pilot system in main brewing area with four 5bbl fermenters and one 5bbl brite. The packaging area in the main brewing are has a new Cask ACS V5 canning line with SKA depal, label applicator, and Pak-tec handle applicator. There is also a Meheen M4 bottle filler, Premier 3 head keg washer (must have own cooperage) and a separated production area for sour beer production with multiple fermenters, fodders, barrels/racks, and brite tanks. In addition there’s an existing contract customer requiring roughly 1000bbls a year and the current brew staff is also available for hire. Please contact us for further details.
