Yes, beer is the next wine – as good beer enthusiast look to cellars

As craft brewers we all know that some beers improve with age. And we know that storing beers properly, like wine is important to the long-term integrity of the flavors inside the bottle.

And, like wine – good beer deserves a good cellar temperature. No better place to maintain cellar temperature; than in a cellar itself.

A recent article in the LA Times covers this growing trend.
