The Brewers Association accepting proposals for educational seminars and researcher presentations at the 2024 Craft Brewers Conference. The 2024 CBC will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada on Sunday, April 21 through Wednesday, April 24.
The deadline for proposal submissions is on or before Friday, October 13 at 11:59 p.m. PT.
Seminar and researcher presentation proposals are reviewed and selected by the CBC Seminar subcommittee, a group of Brewers Association BA members selected annually as industry experts in their fields. Prospective speakers are highly encouraged to read through the 2024 Submission Details & Guidelines before submitting a proposal.
Unlike in past years, the seminar tracks for CBC 2024 will be determined following seminar selection. Instead of tracks, submitters will be asked to tag their proposals with relevant “Areas of Focus” based on the proposed seminar content. These Areas of Focus will be used to assign reviewers from the CBC 2024 seminar subcommittee and to curate final tracks for selected seminars.
The seminar subcommittee has created a list of suggested topics for each Area of Focus that they would like to prioritize for selection at next year’s event. Interested speakers are encouraged to read the full list of Areas of Focus and suggested topics before filling out the proposal application in order to have the best chance of being selected.
