Beer Institute published their estimate of domestic tax paid shipments by beer brewers for February 2023 which showed an increase of 5.1% over February of last year.
The increase more than made up for the 4.4% decline in January. Total shipments for the year-to-date now show a slight increase of 0.2%. Total beer shipments from domestic brewers in February was 11,400,000 barrels versus 10,847,178 barrels last year.
The March 2023 domestic tax paid estimate is scheduled to be released on May 5th.
