US Brewery Count Hits 2500
The Brewers Association has announced that the current number of US breweries stands at 2514. That’s 422 more than one year ago. The count on May 31, 2011 was 1747.
The number of microbreweries passed the number of brewpubs in February 2013 for the first time since 1987.
Will we hit 3000 by year end??
