Bursting at its tasseled seams, downtown Nashville experienced one of the busiest weeks that locals could remember. With Taylor Swift playing several sold out shows in her adopted hometown, along with events ranging from a Janet Jackson concert to several local graduations, the capital city welcomed the 2023 Craft Brewers Conference and its nearly 12,000 attendees, 600 exhibitors, and more than 170 speakers. Let’s review some takeaways from this year’s conference.

The 2023 Craft Brewers Conference is in the books and will be remembered for a lot of reasons for a long time to come. Following a few slow years due to COVID-19 and economic issues, more than 10,000 people descended into Nashville to mingle with Taylor Swift fans, take educational seminars, shop on the expo floor and to look for meaning or to make sense of the current landscape.

At a number of events and with fundraising leading up to the conference, the Michael James Jackson Foundation raised more than $200,000 for scholarships in brewing and distilling.

Preparing for The Craft Brewers Conference in Nashville

Nashville is a great city for getting together with friends. Following a successful Craft Brewers Conference in the Music City a few years ago, the Brewers Association pointed the party back to the Tennessee capitol for several days of education, expo shopping, meetings, and fun.

Officially the conference runs from May 7 to 10, 2023, culminating with the World Beer Cup awards announced on Wednesday evening. The conference website has a full listing of all of the seminars, hospitality suites, sponsored events, and outside parties.

Party! ProBrewer to Hold Three Happy Hour Events at CBC in Nashville

The Craft Brewers Conference is less than a week away and ProBrewer is hosting not one, not two….but three Happy Hour parties in Nashville to keep you orbiting in the CBC spirit. The free events will take place at New Heights Brewing Company, Fait La Force Brewing and East Nashville Beer Works on Sunday, Monday and Wednesday respectively.
