The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agriculture Research Service (ARS) announced the release of USDA “Triumph’” a new high-yield aroma hop.
The hop is expected to be most ideal and utilized by brewers in the growing lager, pilsner-styles and pale ales. The USDA Notice is here.
