The Middleby Corporation has announced the acquisition of Ss Brewtech, a supplier of craft brewing and beverage equipment since 2013.
Ss Brewtech has annual revenues of $20 million and is based in Santa Ana, Calif. The company will operate as an autonomous business unit within Middleby.
