Alpha Acids: 1.8 – 2.5%
Beta Acids: 3.0 – 6.0%
Co-Humulone: 20 – 23% of alpha acids
Storage Stability:
Total Oil: 0.6 – 0.8 mL/100g
Myrcene: 35 – 52% of total oil
Humulene: 12 – 21% of total oil
Caryophyllene: 8 – 10% of total oil
Farnesene: <1% of total oil General Trade Perception: Globally accepted as a good aroma hop with similar characteristics to Hersbrucker
Possible Substitutions: Crystal, Mt. Hood, Liberty, Hersbrucker
Typical Beer Styles: Belgian-style Ales, Bière de Garde, Lager, Pilsner, Saison, Wheat
