Brewing Usage: Dual Purpose
Aroma: Slightly spicy, but smooth, with tangerine, orange marmalade, apricot, magnolia and floral flavors
Alpha Acids: 6.5 – 10.0%
Beta Acids: 3.0 – 4.5%
Co-Humulone: 32 – 35% of alpha acids
Total Oil: 0.7 – 1.7 mL/100g
Myrcene: 30 – 38% of total oil
Humulene: 20% of total oil
Caryophyllene: 6% of total oil
Farnesene: 1 – 3% of total oil
General Trade Perception: A versatile variety perfect for modern beer styles
