In honor of CBC 2022, Our Yeast Handling for Brewer’s workshop offers an in-depth look at how to use and store yeast for optimal performance.

This course will explore topics such as
Ensuring healthy yeast for pitching
Choosing the right strain
Techniques for controlling fermentation and troubleshooting fermentation issues
Yeast collection & storage
From start-up size to a nano or regional brewery and beyond, the material in this course will explore the benefits and long-term cost savings related to repitching yeast, in addition to learning how to find consistent products for clean fermentations.
This course will be taught by our highly trained and technical staff.
