Join the QC2 lab on March 11th from 2:00 – 4:00 pm for an informative webinar all about brewers yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae. We’ll introduce you to the basics of yeast biology, discuss yeast management in the brewery, and teach you the microscope skills needed to determine yeast counts and vitality before you next pitch! Heath Garson, QA/QC Technician at Mast Landing Brewing Company in Portland, Maine, joins us to share his expertise, and a brewer’s perspective, on yeast.
