A presentation nailing five key takeaways from one of the world’s leading beer historians:
-How to place your brewery, however old it is, on the larger craft beer and brewing spectrum.
-How to place your brewery on your local and regional spectrums (where most your press will come from).
-How to translate that into something relatable to journalists and critics.
-What *not* to talk about.
-And why it matters (hint: You might’ve noticed a lot more competition just lately.)
