Tour programs are an important aspect of customer engagement for many breweries, and safely managing the presence of visitors in an operational space brings challenges. The brewery contains a wide variety of hazards, yet these spaces are also held much of visual interest, excitement, and mystery of the visitor experience.

This is equally true for other visitors such as vendors, contractors, and personal friends and family. These groups frequently enter areas of the brewery with greater proximity to hazards that direct brewery employees have been trained to recognize and manage. Such visitors don’t need the same level of training, but they do need to be safe and aware of their surroundings.

This webinar will address techniques for managing risks to visitor safety, including hazard analysis, physical separation and routing, personal protective equipment, and other safety tools.
