What is the cost of running my business? Where are my margins?

The team from Crafted ERP bring their perspective as system consultants who have focused their business efforts on wineries, distilleries and breweries. Leveraging years of working through system implementations within these industries, the Crafted team has a unique perspective on proper data collection to allow a business to truly understand operations and make data driven decisions. What truly goes into the cost of making and selling beer? How should you collect and attribute those costs? What level of detail is appropriate for your business size? How do you interpret this information? These are just a handful of questions that will be addressed through this 3-part series.
