In this session, we will cover how to assess your cash flows, identify what your cash flow burn rate is, create a cash flow forecast to assess any cash flow shortages and plan out your cash flow needs for the next few months and identify solutions to help your cash flow needs. We will also provide a cash flow forecast template spreadsheet to viewers so they can use to create their cash flow forecast.
