Jim Taylour, Director of Chemical Consulting Solutions Ltd, has worked in surface decontamination for over 35 years, much of this associated with cleaning in food processing, brewing and dairy industries, but he has also worked in hygiene associated with Facilities Management, Hospitality and Public Vehicles/Transport. Jim has worked for major hygiene companies including Diversey, Unilever, Ecolab and Holchem. Currently, he is Director of Chemical Consulting Solutions Ltd. working in several areas, including Low Environmental Impact Detergents and Disinfectants.

Jim is involved in projects linked to food hygiene at Manchester Metropolitan University, is a member of the Executive Board of the British Association of Chemical Specialities, he is also a member of the management team of SurfSAFE – an EU-funded project focusing on the fields of surface modification and biofilm analysis, to facilitate the development of tailor-made antifouling and antimicrobial, non-biotoxic surfaces.

Mark Tetlow, Director of The Beer Hub, is a Qualified Brewer and Beer Sommelier who has been working in the brewing industry for more than 30 years. He is one of the founding members of the Cyclops beer tasting system.

For the last 10 years, Mark has been running Meet the Brewer events in pubs and venues across the country, sharing his passion for brewing and the marriage of beer and food with more than 8,000 people.

In 2016 Mark became the first Beer Academy trained Beer Sommelier in Leicestershire, and one of only 122 worldwide.

Peter O’Brien, Director for Engineering and Customer Relations –Innserve, is graduated from The University of Birmingham with a first-class honours degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1995.

After working for British Airways Engineering and British Steel, he joined S&N in 1999 and spent two years working in Distribution before moving into Technical Services. He moved to Innserve at its inception in 2005 and has been involved in many projects including the Cold Beer Project for JD Wetherspoon in 2006 / 2007 – replacement of all the existing draught dispense infrastructure.

His current role has overall responsibility for the commercial aspects of Innserve including, managing customer relationships, tendering and equipment innovation.
