Flavor-forward inspiration drives craft beer. Utilizing a “flavor” in your product development allows you to expand your creative capabilities. It can replace and/or enhance a juice, add a layer of complexity or surprise as well as deliver on a fantasy theme, such as “unicorn.” Yet there is often confusion around how it may impact your bottle labeling and design. In this webinar, the basic anatomy of flavor will be discussed, as well as an overview of various types of flavors (“Type,” “WONF,” etc.) – what they are, how do they impact your product, and some of the myths about them.
