The Craft Brewing and Distilling Program at SPSCC offers an Associate’s Degree in Brewing, Cider-making, and Distilling. The program prepares students for numerous roles in these growing crafts. Students train on commercial production and packaging equipment, learn valuable QA/QC laboratory skills with advanced instrumentation, and develop strong business sense for careers in the craft beverage industry.
