Students in the Certificate of Achievement in Fermentation will have the opportunity to study the business aspect of the industry. Studying the production of beer, wine, sprits, and other fermented beverages along with business courses in sales and marketing, law, accounting, importing, distribution, and operations will prepare students for employment in the beverage industry.
