MSc Brewing Science
The International Centre for Brewing Science at the University of Nottingham offers a 1 Year Full Time Masters and a 3 Year Part Time Masters in Brewing Science. Our program is one of the highest-level brewing qualifications globally and offers state-of-the-art facilities. Our full time course mixes detailed scientific training with practically focused hands-on brewing and industry visits. Our part time course is delivered through high quality e-learning materials, in-depth residential courses several times per year, and online and telephone support.
