The IUPUI Essentials of Brewery Operations program is a very comprehensive course covering all major aspects of brewery operations, including seven long, full days for current brewery workers or those wanting to work in the industry and approximately 40 classroom hours and 25+ hours in local breweries, such as our course supporter, Sun King Brewery. Participants receive an IUPUI Certificate.
