Cutting Edge Technology
While our experienced boiler-makers still do much of the work of building boilers by hand, they also use state-of-the-art equipment to reduce the time it takes to build precision quality boilers.

Our large Titan plasma cutting machine cuts the thick steel parts used in every boiler. With the precision of a surgeon, it quickly slices through thick steel like a hot knife through butter.

Our employees use robotic welding machines to weld boilers with precision. Specialized equipment enables us to perform x-ray inspections of all welds to ensure the quality of every single weld in every single boiler.
