CO2 Supply May Get Worse
The supply of CO2 may get worse before it gets better.
Brewers have many uses for CO2. but they face competition in procuring CO2 which is also used in the medical field, the food industry, water treatment plants and many other high-value industries.
Due to the shortage, CO2 distributors are spreading their supply to customers and some brewers are reporting difficulty in getting full orders.
