The washdown station delivers a high temp wash down using a proprietary mixing valves that combines steam and water for a constant stream at your set temperature. The safety shutoff feature essentially eliminates the risk of 'a hose full of steam', thereby decreasing hazards in your brewery. The mixing valve is designed to reduce flow should the output temp exceed the factory set point of 185F and will completely shut down 15F above that. Flow will only restore once temps fall below the shutoff temperature. Operation of the Wash Down Station Product Specifications
