Now Available for sale – we have a used Criveller 30 bbl brewhouse that has been reconditioned with new Thomson wash down pumps and custom brewhouse control panel. Piping has been upgraded and new valves have been utilized. It was refurbished for a client who is no longer pursuing expansion. Details as follows: Criveller 30 bbl 2 vessel steam heated brewhouse. The system was built new in approx 2012 and was in service until June 2021. (3) available – These are used Prospero SK 15 bbl conical jacketed fermenters with cooling zones on the sidewall and cone. These tanks were built in 2012 and remain in great shape. They were installed in a small brewpub that closed during covid and the tanks have been in dry indoor storage since that time. They are outfitted with side manway, racking arm and CIP / blowoff arm. They have four legs with cross braces and adjustable footpads. They will be offered with valves. Cost to add a carbstone port and stone – $300/tank. Now Available - We have a used GAI model 42903 stand-alone rotary 3 head ROPP capper. The machine is set up for a 29mm ROPP cap. The machine is rated at up to 5,500 bottles per hour depending upon bottle size and was running @ 86-89 BPM on single serve glass containers. The machine was manufactured in 2020 and has been well maintained. It is cosmetically and mechanically in excellent condition. Power requirement is 480 volt/3-phase/60 Htz. The machine was removed from service in Januarty 2022. New price for this machine was over $135,000 in 2020 and today's price is considerably higher. This machine was removed from service when the owner upgraded to a faster packaging line. (4) Available - These are used BSV (Blackstone) 15 bbl conical unitank fermenters. These tanks measure 115" tall x 58" outside diameter. They are desgned with side manway, cip, prv, sample port, carbonation stone port, racking port with rotating racking arm, 4" dry hop port with cap, and (4) legs with cross bracing and adjustable footpads. These tanks are designed with cooling jackets on the cone and sidewall. The jackets have been hydro tested and the tanks are offered with (3) butterfly valves, sample valve, carbstone, and prv.
